. Cut the upper part of the pineapple with the leaves and put it aside. Remove the flesh of the fruit without damaging the peel. Cut the flesh into small dices and put it in the pineapple with half of the liquor. Add the sugar.
. Add the canned fruit salad to the pineapple dices and pour the rest of liquor. Add more sugar if necessary and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
. Before serving, put the above-mentioned upper part put aside back on top of the pineapple. Dessert to be served cool.
